Frequently asked questions

Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?
No. ToolSahara crops your PDF entirely inside your browser using local processing. Your files never leave your device, and nothing is stored or transmitted anywhere.
Does cropping delete the content outside the margins?
Cropping sets each page's visible area — viewers show only the cropped region. The underlying content is not deleted, so this is a visual crop, not a secure way to remove sensitive content.
Can I crop only some pages?
Yes. Choose “Page range” and enter the pages you want cropped, like 1-3, 5. All other pages stay untouched.
What do the percentages mean?
Each margin is a percentage of the page's width or height. For example, a 10% top margin removes the top tenth of the page.
Is there a file size limit?
Each PDF can be up to 50 MB. Cropping happens on your device, so very large documents depend on your device's memory.
