Frequently asked questions

Are my PDFs uploaded to a server?
No. ToolSahara merges your PDFs entirely inside your browser using local processing. Your files never leave your device, and nothing is stored or transmitted anywhere.
Do merged pages keep their original size and quality?
Yes — merging simply joins the existing pages, so every page keeps its original size, orientation, and quality. Nothing is re-rendered or compressed.
Is there a file size or file count limit?
Each file can be up to 50 MB. There is no fixed file-count limit, but very large merges depend on your device's memory — if merging stalls, try fewer files at a time.
Can I merge password-protected PDFs?
Password-protected (encrypted) PDFs cannot be merged because the browser cannot read their pages. Remove the password with your PDF software first, then merge.
One of my files was rejected. What can I do?
The file may be corrupted or not a real PDF despite its extension. Try opening it in a PDF reader — if it opens, print or save it again as a new PDF and retry.
